On this 33rd day of the season, the Eagles faced the Bordeaux Boxers away. A match that promised a great spectacle.

At the 8th minute, Ivan Esipov narrows the score by marking the first Niçois goal, keeping hope alive. But Bordeaux is on fire, and at the 10th minute a 3rd goal is scored against the Eagles. The first period ends with a score of (3-1) in favor of the Boxers.
2nd period: hope fades away
The 2nd period proves to be more relaxed than the first. It’s evident that both teams are feeling each other out but can’t find a solution. We have to wait until the 11th minute for the situation to change. The goal comes from Nikita Jevpalovs, and the score is now 4 to 1 for the Boxers. And the Bordeaux team repeats what they did in the first period by scoring two more goals. The first is scored by Julien Guillaume and the second at the 17th minute by Salonen. The score is now (6-1).
3rd period: Nice is overwhelmed
Maxime Legault scores again in this match as early as the 4th minute, and Nice seems overwhelmed, struggling to find opportunities. And finally, in the 7th minute of the period, Nice scores. It’s a release, as the Eagles finally find a solution, with a goal by Norbert Abramov. But the Boxers seem too strong, managing to score 5 minutes before the end of the match thanks to Mathieu Pompei.
