This Sunday at the Plateau of Parc Forestier du Mont-Boron, Cavigal Athletics, in partnership with Century 21 Lafage, is organizing the 17th edition of the Grand Prix du Cavigal, a race included in the official calendar of off-stadium road races.
Several starts are scheduled: at 9:30 AM: Start of the 3 kilometers – for Benjamin, Minime, and Cadet categories: 10 AM: Start of the 10 kilometers – individual or team relay of 3 people: 11:30 AM: Start of the 200 meters – for young children.
The race includes a first loop of 5.185 kilometers on road and trail, a second loop of 3.662 kilometers on a trail overlooking the Rade de Villefranche then in front of the Fort Mont Alban, and a third loop of 1.673 kilometers passing in front of the Fort Mont Boron with views of the Baie des Anges, the port of Nice, and Cap de Nice with the Lérins Islands in the distance…
The Century 21 Lafage Transactions agency in Nice will donate €5 per runner who starts the race to the charity “Le Point Rose,” which supports parents dealing with the hospitalization of their children at the end of their lives.
