Today, the House of Crafts and Taste of Nice is hosting the Chestnut Festival. The event will take place in front of the shop located at 34 boulevard Jean Jaurรจs, starting from 10 a.m. This day will be an opportunity to discover the flavors and craftsmanship of the metropolitan region.

The Isola Agricultural Union will be present to delight visitors. For this new edition of the Chestnut Festival, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., then from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., roasted chestnuts will be prepared on-site. Between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m., polenta cooked in a cauldron will also be available for tasting.

Children will enjoy morning-only workshops on face painting and balloon sculpture. Throughout the day, visitors can taste various local products. It is also a great opportunity to interact with artisans and producers committed to short supply chains.

A Place Serving Producers

The House of Crafts and Taste of Nice highlights local agricultural and artisanal productions. With two shops in the heart of Nice, it provides a showcase for regional products and supports creators and farmers.

The space at 34 boulevard Jean Jaurรจs, as well as the one located at level N-1 of Nicetoile, are open from Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 8 p.m. depending on the day. These places promote short supply chains and local traditions while bringing residents closer to the riches of their region.
