Founded in 2023 and then commercialized in March 2024, the Nice-based solution Planeezy enables the management of schedules for companies and their employees.
“I tried about ten tools on the market (…) but they didn’t meet the specific needs of the companies,” claims Fabio Trentini, CEO and founder of the company Planeezy. Launched in March 2024, Planeezy aims to facilitate the organization and planning of schedules in industries such as pharmacies, hotels, restaurants, and retail stores.
This Nice-based company, created in 2023, is developed by Patrice Thyrion, a partner since October 2023. According to the company’s leader, the strength lies in the platform’s affordable price of €2.50 per collaborator.
Simplifying Usage and Organization
The color palettes of the calendar offer adequate visibility for organizing one’s day or week. In case of an error, visual alerts appear related to schedule overlaps or constraint violations…
According to the program, a few clicks are enough to organize and improve ergonomics. “Today, our clients need a tool to know what works or not and have planning assistance. Instead of spending several hours, in 10 to 15 minutes, they will organize it,” emphasizes central engineer Fabio Trentini.
Funds Invested to Launch Planeezy
With €100,000 invested in the program, the engineer from Nice was able to launch his project. Supported by Bpifrance, the French public investment bank, and awarded in the 2024 edition of the TravelCamp Sud challenge, Planeezy currently has about a hundred active users and 750 companies have registered since the project’s launch.
Most of the clients are in France, but the program is expanding internationally with Belgium and Switzerland. The project is also available via its app on the Play Store and the Apple Store.
