The airline Emirates is organizing a new open day in Nice on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. An opportunity for residents of Nice and the surrounding region to join one of the largest international air carriers.
Emirates returns to Nice for a new recruitment session for its cabin crew. The Dubai-based airline invites interested candidates to attend the event on October 22 at NH Nice. This event is part of a series of open days held in several French cities.
The company is looking for individuals “passionate and motivated to offer personalized welcome and unforgettable experience to its passengers.” Future crew members will be trained at the Emirates training center in Dubai. The training emphasizes safety, emergency management, and the quality of onboard service.
Candidates can submit their application online with an English CV and a recent photo. Pre-registration is recommended but not mandatory. Those interested can also attend directly on the day. Interviews and assessments will take place on-site throughout the day.
Emirates plans to recruit 5,000 new crew members this year. In 2024, the company had already integrated over 8,000 new cabin personnel across 353 cities.
Nice, a key point in the company’s network
Nice holds a strategic position in Emirates’ French network. The company operates a daily flight between Nice and Dubai on an Airbus A380. Since September, this route benefits from the deployment of the retrofitted A380, featuring modernized cabins and a new Premium Economy Class.

By deploying our fully refurbished A380 on this highly popular route, we aim to offer our customers an even more premium experience, allowing them to begin their journey in a luxurious setting before even landing.”

This aircraft, with its advanced features and Premium Economy offer, aligns perfectly with our goal to provide our passengers with the highest level of comfort and connectivity to international destinations.”
The aircraft, configured in four classes, features 484 seats. Passengers departing from Nice can now enjoy Premium Economy Class, with its cream leather seats, meals served on porcelain dishes, and a selection of French wines, including Chablis Albert Bichot 2022.
The arrival of this new aircraft in Nice confirms the city’s place in Emirates’ strategy. The route to Dubai serves as a direct link to Asia, Africa, and Oceania, while also showcasing the company’s expertise on the French Riviera.
A training focused on hospitality and safety
Successful candidates will join the Emirates training center in Dubai, where nearly 25,000 crew members are trained each year. The new Emirates Centre of Hospitality Excellence, inaugurated in 2025, offers training centered on “the art of service.”

Recruits learn communication, gourmet service, and stress management. They also participate in culinary workshops and oenological training. These lessons complement the eight-week initial training focused on safety, first aid, and emergency procedures.
