The 9th edition of the Employment Forum of OGC Nice will be held on Thursday, March 26th at the Allianz Riviera. The event, organized with France Travail, the city of Nice, the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, and the Allianz Riviera, is part of a regional dynamic where companies are looking to strengthen their teams. Crédit Agricole Provence Côte d’Azur sponsors the event. More than 1,000 positions will be offered to the public.
The Forum takes place in a context where several sectors in the department are struggling to recruit. The fields of hospitality, retail, security, logistics, and personal services are among the sectors seeking to attract new profiles. The presence of France Travail, the Mission Locale, and Cap Emploi helps guide candidates according to the needs of companies and market realities.
The event is part of a local proximity approach. Organizers focus on direct meetings between recruiters and candidates to streamline the process. This approach responds to a growing demand from companies wanting to accelerate their recruitment processes, especially in view of the tourist season and activities related to major events hosted by the Metropolis.
The Allianz Riviera provides a suitable setting for this mobilization. Entrance will be through Gate K, with press parking available at parking P1. It will be open to the public from 9:30 AM to 4 PM.
Beyond the job offers, the day will allow visitors to participate in workshops and engage with support professionals. This aspect addresses a local challenge: enhancing the match between available skills and the needs of businesses in the area.
Entry is free.
