On Friday, February 27, Fadela Amara, Secretary of State for Urban Policy, attended the signing of a partnership agreement between the Local Community Mission “Objectif Jeunes Nice Cรดte d’Azur”, OGC Nice, ZARA France, and the Randstad-Vรฉdior Institute.
This convention aimed to promote the social and professional integration of young people in the Nice Cรดte d’Azur area by offering them a training program for sales positions, conducted by the Institute of Trades and Skills (Randstad group), followed by experience in the stores of OGC Nice and Zara.
Ten young people, who are little or unqualified, have just completed their training and, as provided by the convention, will receive a scholarship of 500 euros from the Randstad-Vรฉdior Institute. This scholarship rewards their seriousness and dynamism, and will assist them in their efforts to gain employment.
This collaborative initiative is a positive example of the actions carried out within the community territory for the social and professional integration of young people.
