In the presence of 134 members, volunteers, and partner associations, the Food Bank of the Alpes-Maritimes held its annual general meeting.
The assembly unanimously approved the various reports and proposals, then proceeded with the renewal of one-third of its board of directors.
The acting president, François Muller, commented on the 2016 activity report and the directions for 2017, followed by the treasurer and the auditor presenting their respective reports.

After the general meeting was adjourned, the new board of directors met to elect a new executive committee, the composition of which is now as follows:
