A new political player has set up shop in Nice and in the department: It is the Democratic Front, a party founded by former European deputy Jean-Luc Bennahmias, a former Ecologist activist then MoDem. At the helm of this new party is Nathalie Audin.

This political movement is expected to position itself in the reformist center-left.

According to its founder: โ€œThe Democratic Front aims to be a force of proposals, solutions, compromises, a positive and flexible formation that offers prospects for recovery through concrete responses, in the general interest and in the national and European interest.โ€

Jean-Luc BENNAHMIAS, President of the Democratic Front, and Christophe MADROLLE, General Secretary, thus participated in Nice (Alpes-Maritimes) in the launch of the Democratic Front federation of the Alpes-Maritimes.

Alongside the departmental coordinator, Nathalie AUDIN, and local leaders, Jean-Luc BENNAHMIAS โ€œcongratulated himself on the success of the eventโ€ and the โ€œquality of the commitment of the leaders of the Democratic Front of the Alpes-Maritimes.โ€

The general secretary of the Democratic Front, Christophe MADROLLE reaffirmed โ€œthe republican, secular, ecological values and the reformist commitment of the Democratic Front.โ€

Nathalie Audin, for her part, is trying to look ahead: โ€œThe DF wants to participate, encourage this new republican pact with all the democratic, secular and republican political, union, and associative formations.โ€
