Shopping Promenade Riviera, in Cagnes-sur-Mer, officially opened its Speed Park on Thursday, March 5, 2026. The leisure complex has been welcoming visitors since February 19.
Shopping Promenade Riviera has taken another step in its evolution with the official opening of its Speed Park within the center located in Cagnes-sur-Mer.
The complex welcomed its first visitors on February 19, 2026. This establishment was part of the transformation strategy undertaken by Shopping Promenade Riviera, which has developed an offering combining shopping, dining, and leisure in one location.

The center undertook this evolution following its acquisition by the Frey group in late 2023 and after the identity change that occurred at the end of 2024. Shopping Promenade Riviera sought to develop a venue capable of bringing together different types of activities and extending visitors’ stays beyond mere shopping.
A multi-activity leisure complex
Speed Park has opened a new center in the Alpes-Maritimes. This establishment became the 22nd location in the network and the brand’s first presence in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.
The complex occupies an area of approximately 5,000 m² comprising several activities. Twenty bowling lanes constituted one of the main installations. An electric karting track measuring 185 meters completed the offer. The space also featured an arcade game room, three karaoke rooms, two interactive quiz spaces « SpeedQuiz » as well as several pool tables.
A bar was set up to extend the experience in a convivial setting. Everything was designed to welcome different types of visitors.
The offering was aimed at families and groups of friends. Specific formats also targeted businesses, particularly for private events, seminars, or team-building activities.
A new stage in the site’s transformation
The arrival of Speed Park marked a milestone in the transformation of Shopping Promenade Riviera. The site has developed an open-air center model combining retail, dining, and leisure in a landscaped environment.
The center’s management highlighted the complementarity between the different uses of the venue. « Our ambition is to strengthen the complementarity between shopping, dining, and experiences. Speed Park is a flagship that broadens the site’s appeal and responds to strong demand: to offer, on the Côte d’Azur, a place where you can share moments and create memories, all year round », explained Elodie Costa.
Shopping Promenade Riviera also announced the continuation of its retail offering evolution in 2026. The center has implemented a renewal strategy based on new brands, expansions, and format changes.
