This Monday, Senator Dominique Estrosi-Sassone and the mayor of Saint-Laurent Joseph Sรฉgura will inaugurate a training boutique for the reintegration of seniors, located in the Cap 3000 shopping center in Saint-Laurent-du-Var.
This boutique will be a pop-up concept store that is part of the innovative professional integration initiatives of the Mรฉtropole Nice Cรดte d’Azur.
In partnership with the Cap 3000 shopping center, AG2R, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and regional clubs partnering in integration, 32 senior job seekers will have the opportunity to follow an alternating training program as Retail Sales Advisors in this training boutique. A truly innovative and experimental pathway to employment.
The production of the boutique’s products will be carried out by recycling and upcycling centers in the department. Thanks to this initiative, short supply chains will be favored with the revalorization of materials destined for destruction. From vintage decorative items to pet baskets made from old public street lamps, this boutique will offer unique and original products.
