Organized by student associations and staff of the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, the “Ronde des facs” is a sporting, festive, and friendly event that gathers the entire university community for half a day: students and staff (teachers, teacher-researchers, administrative and technical staff), university affiliates, or similar. This year, the 6th “Ronde des facs” will take place this Thursday, March 21, starting at 12:30 PM on the Promenade des Anglais.
This event represents the strength, vitality, and unity of the University across the city of Nice and the Alpes Maritimes department and is also possible due to the mobilization of numerous public and private partners.
This year, more than 3,000 participants are expected on the southern sidewalk of the Promenade des Anglais to watch, share, celebrate, help, walk, or run.
Imbued with conviviality, the “Ronde des Facs” is also an act of solidarity. The symbolic registration fee (at least 1 euro) will be donated to support actions for students with disabilities at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis.
