For several days, state services have been mobilized to assist the population. Significant human resources are already at work.
On the ground, 110 military personnel, 550 firefighters, 139 gendarmes, and 12 police officers are reaching out to even the most affected areas.
Teams consisting of a gendarme, a firefighter, and a prefecture agent will be visiting the twelve most isolated municipalities today to support the mayors and coordinate rescue efforts.
Material and technical resources are also being distributed, such as wifi packs for each isolated municipality. Satellite phones have also been deployed across all areas.
A total of 38 tons of water and one ton of food were distributed yesterday. No fewer than 40 generators of various capacities have also been connected.
So far, more than 400 people have already been evacuated, including 206 on Sunday, October 4th alone.
