On the occasion of the Monaco Grand Prix, the Antoine Alléno Association will organize a charity auction on June 5 bringing together iconic Formula 1 objects. Supported by Prince Albert II and several figures from motorsport, the initiative aims to raise public awareness about road violence and to finance prevention actions for young people.
On June 5, 2026, the Hermitage Monte-Carlo hotel will host an unprecedented event combining prestige, motorsport and civic engagement. Called “Formula One for Life,” this charity auction organized by the Antoine Alléno Association will bring together exceptional pieces offered by several major Formula 1 figures.
At the origin of this charity evening is Yannick Alléno, president of the association founded after the tragic death of his son Antoine, who was fatally struck in 2022 by a repeat offender driver. Since this tragedy, the Michelin-starred chef has been actively engaged in fighting road violence and raising awareness among young generations.
The event will take place in the presence of Prince Albert II of Monaco, committed to supporting this initiative organized alongside the Monaco Grand Prix. The Monegasque sovereign has indeed stated that he is “particularly honored and proud to support the Antoine Alléno Association.”
An idea born in the paddocks
The project’s origins date back to the Singapore Grand Prix. Yannick Alléno meets Pierre Gasly there, a driver for the Alpine team. Inspired by this world where risk management is omnipresent, he imagines a charity auction around equipment and iconic Formula 1 objects.
Seduced by this approach, Pierre Gasly immediately donated a race-worn suit and actively involved himself in collecting lots from drivers, teams and championship partners.
This mobilization made it possible to gather more than thirty unique pieces that will be auctioned on June 5 at Monaco.
Rare and prestigious lots
Among the catalog’s highlights is notably an Alpine R.S.19 single-seater used in Formula 1. Enthusiasts will also be able to discover a helmet signed by Charles Leclerc, a suit offered by Alain Prost or even a Ferrari 499P chassis that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
A unique creation is particularly noteworthy: a helmet specially designed by Adrien Paviot and Valentin Belgy, signed by Prince Albert II.

Exclusive experiences will also be auctioned, including VIP stays for the Bahrain Grand Prix as well as for the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Several emblematic figures from motorsport have responded positively, including Fernando Alonso, Lando Norris, Romain Grosjean and Jacques Laffite.
Raising awareness to save lives
Beyond the prestigious nature of this auction, the objective remains above all humanitarian and preventive. The funds collected will make it possible to finance the actions of the Antoine Alléno Association in favor of road safety prevention, support for bereaved families and awareness-raising for young people.
Yannick Alléno recalls the urgency of the situation: “since Antoine’s death on May 8, 2022, nearly 3,000 young people aged 15 to 25 have lost their lives on French roads. This figure is unbearable. It binds us collectively. Raising awareness among young people is more than ever a priority.”
For his part, Alain Prost emphasizes the symbolic significance of the event: “the world of motorsport is a world of calculated risk. In a road accident, speed must not be an excuse to forget what really matters.”
About twenty lots will be auctioned live on June 5 in Monaco, starting at 8 p.m., while other pieces will be offered for online sale from May 30 to June 9 on The Auction Collective platform.
Through “Formula One for Life,” Monaco is preparing to host an evening where the passion for motorsport will serve a deeply human cause!
