The city of Nice, the AIDES 06 association, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and the Franco-African Club alongside GF2A are mobilizing to reach out to the populations most at risk of being carriers of the hepatitis B virus and to strengthen the habit of getting tested.

With the vaccination coverage rate being very low and the mortality rate rather high – particularly in the PACA region, where men are particularly affected by viral hepatitis B and C – it is important to raise awareness about testing, especially among those at risk, such as people from countries with a high prevalence of hepatitis B (Africa, Southeast Asiaโ€ฆ) and those in precarious situations.
