The Nice Côte d’Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, through its Maison des Entreprises du Bassin Antibois and the Young Enterprises Ecobiz Community, offers young businesses less than 5 years old the opportunity to meet through monthly meetings to create genuine synergies.
The networking evening of April 2012, part of the “Personal Development” cycle, will focus on the theme: leading your team. How to identify human resources to develop them, communicate to act, balance flexibility in strategy with directiveness on objectives are some of the questions that will be addressed by coaching experts.
The goal is to provide concrete tools, applicable the very next day, to participants while expanding their network through the exchange of business cards with the “Speed Business Meeting.”
