Maxence Muzaton claimed the downhill race at the French Championships this Friday.
At 28 years old, the skier from La Plagne beat the super-G world vice-champion Johan Clarey (+0.54) and Roy Piccard (+0.75), while Brice Roger and Valentin Giraud-Moine finished fourth (+0.78) and fifth (+0.83) respectively.
