Initiated by the General Council of Alpes-Maritimes, in partnership with the “Bistrots de Pays” Federation that holds the brand, the “Rando Bistrot” operation combines three services:
Interrupted during the summer period, the Rando Bistrot resumes starting from Saturday, September 6th *. In total, this autumn, 28 thematic itineraries are to be discovered.
a hike or walk, accompanied by a qualified professional guide; a meeting with local producers around a local product and the discovery of our villages; a meal in a “Bistrot de Pays” with the tasting of typical local products and recipes.
Rando Bistrot aligns with the principles and criteria of sustainable tourism and is part of the products tested within the framework of the cross-border ALCOTRA project entitled “The Natural Parks of the Southern Alps commit to ecotourism”.
Both respectful of environmental and socio-cultural resources, they adhere to the criteria of the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism of the Natural Parks of Alpes-Maritimes.
