While unlimited telecommunication plans were already known, the Bugbusters company, based in Nice, has just launched a new product in the market: the Proximity Assistance Contract (CAP) targeted at businesses, associations, and individual consumers.
What is the CAP?
It is an IT support contract intended for businesses, associations, and individuals, designed so they no longer need to worry about the numerous incidents that can disrupt the use of a computer or a computer network.
For a monthly subscription of 30 euros per workstation, Bugbusters offers maintenance that includes machine updates and unlimited onsite or remote interventions.
Additionally, an Extranet is provided to businesses under a maintenance contract, allowing them to monitor the pace and types of interventions carried out on their computer network.
“We wanted to simplify the IT life of a company because our field experience has demonstrated the importance of the reliability of a company or association’s IT resources. Indeed, a computer breakdown can lead to numerous inconveniences, potentially resulting in the irreversible loss of some data. That’s why we imagined our Proximity Assistance Contract, which proves to be the ideal solution for businesses and associations that cannot afford to have a full-time IT professional,” said Franck Viano, the new director of Bugbusters’ Nice branch, who is full of praise for this new formula that has already convinced numerous businesses on the French Riviera.
