The reason is the poor weather conditions, particularly the storm warning for June 23, 2024, which does not allow the event to be organized. The swimming portion has become impractical, and the risk of material damage in the village is also being considered. Organizer Vivien Fontaine communicated the news via message, saying, “We do not want to put anyone at risk […] After 48 hours of discussions and debates, we are saddened to announce its cancellation.” The team assures that they will quickly come back with the new date.
