In the final preparations for the Nice Carnival, the setting of the King and Queen’s heads is an impressive moment.
This event will take place on Dr. Pierre Richelmi Street starting at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 9, in the presence of Denis Zanon, director of the OTC.
The actual assembly will begin around 2:00-2:30 p.m. and will continue until the late afternoon.
