This Friday, 10th at 10:30 am at the Chéret Salon – City Hall
As an innovative initiative, the School for Managers will present its first class, comprised of 50 agents from the City of Nice, the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, and the CCAS of the City of Nice.
The training programs tailored to each student will enable the detection, training, and promotion of these future managers and facilitate their mobility within the services.
The School for Managers will offer the students, 31 women and 19 men, recruited through individual interviews, a flexible and personalized training program throughout 2017. The School for Managers will provide them with the means to gain perspective and access new roles.
The Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, the City of Nice, and its Communal Social Action Center have also always been very committed to implementing voluntary and exemplary policies in favor of people with disabilities.
Currently, employees with disabilities make up 6.26% of the workforce of the Metropolis and 6.69% of the workforce of the City of Nice, which exceeds the legal requirement for employing disabled workers set at 6%.
