Changes in the Delegations of Elected Officials of the City Council of Nice

At mid-term, the Deputy Mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, wished to adjust the delegations assigned to the elected officials of the City Council in order to better address the challenges and future projects of the city of Nice.

Christian Estrosi also wanted to improve the transparency of all delegations, so that the people of Nice could identify more precisely and easily the delegations of each elected official.

Here is the list of the main delegations and functions entrusted to the elected officials of the City Council.

– Benoit Kandel: First Deputy in charge of Security, Parking, and Traffic
– Véronique Paquis: Second Deputy in charge of Environment, Sustainable Development, Research, and New Technologies
– Rudy Salles: Third Deputy in charge of Tourism, International Relations, and Neighborhood Activities
– Muriel Marland-Militello: Fourth Deputy in charge of Cultural Outreach, European Affairs, and the Organization of the Francophonie Games
– Alain Philip: Fifth Deputy in charge of Transport, Public Works, Urban Planning, and Territory Development
– Dominique Estrosi-Sassone: Sixth Deputy in charge of Housing, Urban Renewal, and Combating Discrimination
– Christian Tordo: Seventh Deputy in charge of Finance, Economy, and Business Competitiveness
– Denise Fabre: Eighth Deputy in charge of Event Policy and Promotion of the City’s Image
– Daniel Benchimol: Ninth Deputy in charge of Health and Sanitation
– Agnès Rampal: Tenth Deputy in charge of Higher Education, Student Life, Repatriates, Liberal Professions, and Relations with Monaco
