The supervisory board of the Nice University Hospital (CHU de Nice), in accordance with the “Hospital, Patients, Health and Territories” law of July 21, 2009, held its installation meeting and unanimously elected Christian Estrosi as President of this body, with Christiane Amiel-Dinges appointed as Vice-President.
The supervisory board includes representatives of local authorities, medical staff, hospital staff, qualified individuals, and representatives of service users.
The missions and responsibilities of the supervisory board include deciding on the strategic directions of the establishment and exercising ongoing control over its management and financial health.
For Christian Estrosi, despite the good results achieved, the task is far from over: “I know I can count on everyone to continue and intensify the positive momentum initiated since 2008. We must maintain budgetary balance and pursue our major projects such as the opening of the second phase of Pasteur 2 and the creation of a building for the Women-Mothers-Children-Adolescents Center on Avenue de la Californie.”
