The staff of the service and the families of the patients were also invited to share this moment of conviviality.
As every year, this menu will be created by the chefs and pastry chefs from the CHU’s catering sector. All will be under the guidance of the renowned chef Jean-Franรงois Issautier, a starred chef from Nice, well-known in the region. The expert advice from the dietitians has managed, on this occasion, to make nutrition rhyme with pleasure. The service will be carried out by hotel advisors assisted by students from LEP la Providence.
This meal will mark the beginning of culinary festivities as the Christmas and New Year’s menu will be gourmet again this year for the patients and staff of the Nice University Hospital.
