The Challenge of the Golden Mercures, created in 1974 by the Assembly of French Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of SMEs, Commerce, Crafts, and Liberal Professions, rewards and honors the best merchants in France for their results, innovation, communication, and job creation.
On Monday, January 24th, the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted the ceremony for the Golden Mercures and Golden Panonceaux awards under the high patronage of the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Employment.
Among the 10 merchants who represented the colors of the Alpes Maritimes in the “Golden Mercure” challenge in Paris in the categories “COMMERCIAL INNOVATION โ QUALITY,” “E-COMMERCE,” “ECONOMIC AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT,” “BUSINESS CREATION,” Jean-Paul Lannier for MARTIN FLEURS and Max Estin for LA BOTTERIE DU PETIT CORDONNIER received a Golden Mercure in the “Commercial Innovation and Quality” category, which rewards a new commercial concept, new technologies, a store concept, a service, and a particular quality.
Out of the 23 awards given, the Alpes-Maritimes department won two awards, thus demonstrating the quality of the Azurian merchants as a whole and the relevance of the selection proposed by the Nice Cรดte d’Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
