The decrease in numbers continues in intensive care units as well. 1,204 patients were in intensive care this Wednesday. 31 were admitted in the last 24 hours. 25 people also died in the hospital, bringing the death toll since the beginning of the pandemic to 84,609 deaths in French hospitals. 2,457 new cases were detected in the last 24 hours.
On the vaccination front, 33,896,012 people have received at least one dose (which is 50.3% of the total population) and 22,785,561 people now have a complete vaccination schedule (which is 33.8% of the total population) since the beginning of the vaccination campaign.
