The total number of patients hospitalized with a Covid-19 diagnosis increased on Sunday, at 26,262 compared to 26,040 the day before. The number of deaths in hospitals caused by Covid-19, however, continued to decrease, with 175 deaths recorded on Sunday, compared to 216 on Saturday and 284 on Friday.
The total number of people who have lost their lives since March now stands at 55,155, including 37,996 in hospitals and 17,159 in nursing homes and medico-social establishments.
