Creation of the Seniors Activity Room in the Saint-Roch neighborhood

An 80 m² activity room will be developed to establish a social infrastructure for the Association Entraide et Partage aimed at seniors.

These developments will thus create a true meeting and friendly exchange place in the Saint-Roch neighborhood for the 400 members of the association.

This operation is part of a comprehensive real estate project carried out by Habitat 06, which also includes the acquisition and improvement of 3 housing units.

Amounting to 818,500 euros, this work benefits from subsidies from the General Council of the Alpes-Maritimes totaling 385,500 euros, from the State totaling 63,700 euros, from Nice Côte d’Azur and the City of Nice totaling 50,500 euros, and from the Region totaling 18,200 euros.
