Sunday, June 3, 2012, from 10 am to 7 pm in the heart of the village, La Colle sur Loup allows all budding or confirmed gourmets to meet and interact with the greatest chefs, TV cooks, food critics, top sommeliers, and the most famous gastronomic bloggers.
A convivial day centered around culinary books with the presence of the most well-known authors. There will also be book signings and sales of the most beautiful books dedicated to gastronomy, oenology, and the art of dining.

On the occasion of the second edition of Cuisine & Literature in Celebration taking place on Sunday, June 3, in La Colle sur Loup, the stars of the gourmet TV scene will be there in full force.
Norbert Tarayre: The breakout star of the last season of Top Chef on M6 will showcase all his talent during a culinary demonstration that is sure to excite the audience.
Babette de Rozières: Gracing the popular show C à Vous alongside Alexandra Sublet on France 5, she will be present to sign her books.
Eric Leautey: Fans of Cuisine TV know this charming man well, a star of gourmet television. He will come to sign his latest book and offer some advice during his demonstration.
Cyril Rouquet: He lit up the 2010 season of Masterchef on TF1 and his Paris restaurant is a hit. He will meet the public to sign his books and demonstrate his talent.
Cuisine & Literature in Celebration is above all about author signings in the village, a Pop-up Bookstore, but it also includes children’s workshops (drawing, candy floss, educational), conferences and debates, demonstrations from authors and chefs, village activities (dance, stilt walkers, children’s parade, musicians), a treasure hunt, a creation workshop around porcelain toy kitchen sets, a culinary photo marathon, wine tasting courses, cooking classes (paid), a photography exhibition, surprises, and a whole village of irreducible residents of La Colle sur Loup fighting against junk food.
