As part of the policy of proximity and the fight against discrimination advocated by the city of Nice and the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, Maty Diouf, Jacques Dejeandile, and baritone Franck Ferrari are organizing, for the third year in a row, an afternoon at the Nice Opera for children and adolescents with disabilities, as well as a few adults who have retained a childlike spirit.
This festive afternoon is organized in partnership with 39 associations and institutes that work daily with these groups (ADAPEI, Trisomie 21, ADSEA, APREH, Centro Médico-Psychologique Costanzo, Fondation Lenval …) and with the cooperation of the Lions Club Nice Doyen and the Société Générale.
Artists dedicated to children…
Choristers, singers, dancers, and musicians will perform voluntarily. They are all united for one single cause: to introduce the Opera to these children in a magical and grandiose place with a performance dedicated to them, featuring a playful, cheerful, and varied program specially concocted for them by the Nice baritone.
558 individuals with disabilities, of all kinds, will enjoy this show, accompanied by their educators or teachers.
At the end of the performance, sweets will be distributed to each spectator.
