Since 2001, the EDHEC Business School has been pursuing an ambitious research policy. In this context, the goal of the EDHEC Research Day 2014 is to give people from the French Riviera the opportunity to meet EDHEC researchers who will share with the audience important results for the future of businesses and the economy.
The EDHEC Research for Business Strategy
The aim of this day is to illustrate the analyses and responses that EDHEC professors propose for a set of important questions concerning the future of France and the people of the French Riviera. During the EDHEC Research Day, topics related to various aspects of the French economic situation, companies’ industrial strategies, the role of finance and its regulation, consumer expectations, tourism, the role of family businesses, ethics in business, fighting corruption, the future of social protection, the competitiveness of French companies, retirement preparation, and the real estate market will be discussed.
The conference will consist of a plenary session, a round table, and twenty-four sessions, allowing each participant to select a theme according to their interests.
At the end of the conference, the round table titled “Do our children have a future in France, and does France have a future without its children?” will tackle a crucial theme and will be debated by Olivier Oger, Noรซl Amenc, Christian Estrosi, Patrick Allemand, and Manuelle Malot.
The moderator will be Stรฉphane Gregoir, and the journalist host will be Olivier Biscaye.
