If you have moved to Nice or relocated within the commune during the year, it is necessary to report it before December 31, 2013 (last deadline).

Nationals of European Union member states (27 countries concerned), residing in Nice, can participate in municipal elections as well as in the election of French representatives to the European Parliament.
Concerned individuals must register on a complementary electoral list specific to each of these elections by providing the same documents required for French citizens (the residency permit may replace, if necessary, the national identity card or passport).
