The Eagles of Nice will host the Corsaires of Nantes this Saturday, December 28th at 7:15 PM at Jean Bouin ice rink in Nice as part of the 17th and last day of the year of the French D1 championship.
The Christmas feasting is over, and the men of the Sutor-Margerit duo resumed training this Thursday, December 26th, to best prepare for the reception of Nantes.
After the defeat at the bottom of the championship table, Courbevoie, last Saturday (5-4), the Azuréens can no longer afford to lose points if they want to reach the play-offs of the French championship, which will start next March.
“Tough” matches will follow one after another for the people of Nice. Nantes, Mulhouse, and Neuilly in 3 weeks, these upcoming games will be decisive for the play-offs qualification. In the first-leg match, Nice had won the game in Nantes with a score of 5-4 after a shootout.
