Entrepreneurship: a day to talk about stress and isolation

The Entre Head association is organizing a day dedicated to the well-being of entrepreneurs on Friday, October 2, 2026. The event will take place at the Hôtel Le Saint Paul in Nice, with testimonies and workshops on mental health, stress, and management.

Entrepreneurs from the Alpes-Maritimes will be invited to step back from their professional daily lives. The Entre Head association is organizing a day on Friday, October 2 dedicated to the well-being of business leaders. The meeting will take place at the Hôtel Le Saint Paul in Nice, boulevard Franck Pilatte, around the theme “Towards better well-being for the entrepreneur.”

The event should notably address the issue of business leaders’ isolation. The day will alternate between testimonies, discussions, and practical workshops. The stated objective is to provide participants with concrete solutions to better manage the constraints related to their activities and preserve their health as well as that of their collaborators.

Testimonies and workshops on the agenda

Several personalities from sports, business, and crisis management will participate in the meeting. Béatrice Vialle, the first female co-pilot of the Concorde, will speak about stress management and decision-making.

Double Olympic swimming champion Alain Bernard will share his experience on resilience and managing performance over the long term. Colonel of firefighters Philippe Calatayud will address leadership and team cohesion in extreme situations.

Business leader Marcel Ragni will also testify about the importance of well-being in the sustainability of local businesses.

The day will not rely solely on speeches. Starting at 8:30 a.m., participants will take part in different interactive workshops based on collective intelligence. These work sessions should help generate solutions that can be directly applied in professional daily life.

“An entrepreneur who succeeds is first and foremost an entrepreneur who is doing well. By breaking the taboo of the loneliness of leadership, we want to free energies and build a solid mutual support network in our region”, explain the organizers of Entre Head.

The Entre Head Day will officially begin at 9 a.m. on Friday, October 2, at the Hôtel Le Saint Paul, located at 29 boulevard Franck Pilatte in Nice. Registration is mandatory and open to the public.

The fee is 55 euros for members, 65 euros for non-members, and 30 euros for students. Registration is open on HelloAsso or with the association at contact@entre-head.com.

With this day, Entre Head also intends to create a space for dialogue between entrepreneurs around issues that go beyond business management alone. The association, recognized as being in the public interest, works on issues related to the overall health of business leaders through events, experience sharing, and dedicated tools.
