A delegation of artisan bakers and pastry chefs from the Alpes-Maritimes, led by Mr. Claude Batel, President of the Master Bakers and Pastry Chefs Association of the Alpes-Maritimes, will be received by Mr. Eric Ciotti, Deputy and President of the General Council of the Alpes-Maritimes, to celebrate Epiphany and share the King’s cake.

Through this moment of conviviality, the artisan bakers and pastry chefs wish to perpetuate a tradition of their profession, which is to present a cake to local institutions.
