Eric Ciotti, President of the General Council of the Alpes-Maritimes, welcomed the new members of the management teams of the colleges.
35 new principals, deputy principals, or managers have joined the colleges of the Alpes-Maritimes at the start of the school year.
The General Council provides daily support to the management teams of the colleges, particularly in matters of school life, maintenance, and construction work.
This meeting allowed them to discover the educational and pedagogical initiatives developed by the Department and also to get acquainted with the Education or Construction and Heritage services, to have the necessary tools to accomplish their roles.
Let us recall that in 2010/2011, the General Council allocated 67.62 million euros for the construction, maintenance, operation, and equipment of the Department’s colleges.
