This exhibition is available until November 22, 2011.
The exhibition “The History of the Princely Wedding” opened its doors on July 9, 2011, and the first few days recorded a record attendance with more than 30,000 visitors.
The first 30,000 visitors were able to continue the festive spirit of the Princely Wedding and relive each moment with intensity and emotion.
This exhibition is designed as a journey in which the visitor will rediscover the magic of these celebrations, almost touching the elements that make it up, such as the Bride’s dress, Her tiara, the uniform of H.S.H. the Prince, the car with its hybrid technology, the invitations, unpublished photographs, decorators’ sketches, various symbolic objects or the gifts, including those from the Monegasques.
This exhibition is a unique opportunity to enter the legend and share the History of the Princely Wedding while discovering (or rediscovering) the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, built by Prince Albert I, great-great-grandfather of H.S.H. Prince Albert II, and its mission to inspire love, better knowledge, and protection of the oceans, a mission to which Their Serene Highnesses the Prince and the Princess are very committed.
