The management team of the Federation of Student Associations and Corporations of Alpes-Maritimes (FACE06) is starting its new term with clear priorities and a strengthened organization.
The FACE06 has launched its 2025–2026 term. President Lucas Bonfils has been reappointed as the head of the organization. His team has committed to a fundamental reorganization. The goal is to improve internal functioning, adapt actions to student realities, and make engagement more transparent.
The office structure has been revised. A small committee of five members makes strategic decisions. It includes the presidency, a vice-presidency, a dual-voice treasury, and a general secretary. An expanded committee, composed of about forty members, brings together heads of divisions and thematic referents. This configuration aims to better distribute responsibilities and streamline project management.
Three Pillars to Structure Action
Three major priorities will guide FACE06‘s actions during this term. The first concerns internal organization. Coordination tools are being implemented: shared calendars, regular meetings, cross-cutting monitoring. Each division benefits from a clearer framework to develop its projects.
The second pillar focuses on less visible students in usual university life locations. FACE06 plans to engage directly in residences, social structures, and passage areas. A Student Week will be organized at the start of the academic year, in collaboration with partner associations.
Finally, the third pillar focuses on funding. A vice-treasurer position is created. This should ensure monitoring of project calls and strengthen support to divisions in budget management. Partnerships will also be mobilized to consolidate resources.
Activity divisions are maintained, with some adjustments. The Partnership division is now overseen by the presidency. The Solidarity division merges with Rights Defense for more coherent support. The Representation & Engagement division is reactivated, with thematic referents directly linked to the general secretary.
Lucas Bonfils reiterates the importance of collective engagement: “Together, the FACE06 team is ready to face the challenges of this new term and continue to serve the students, for a more dynamic, supportive, and engaged campus. See you on the ground!”
The term thus begins with a desire for clarity, proximity, and cooperation. The coming months will be an opportunity for the team to test this method on the ground.
