For its 23rd edition, SOLUCOP opens its doors to condominium professionals and co-owners.

The Unmissable Meeting for Co-ownership Professionals, Co-owners & Managing Agents of the Côte d’Azur will be held at the NIKAIA Palace in Nice on November 27 & 28.

SOLUCOP, which welcomes over 3000 visitors each year, allows co-owners to stay informed about the latest updates on their rights and obligations through the advice areas provided by UNIS and FNAIM, as well as to find all service providers involved in housing.

Many local economic actors come to meet with co-owners and managing agents searching for solutions in layout, maintenance, cost management, and energy savings.
