This was done on Friday late afternoon by Christian Estrosi, his deputies, and municipal councilors delegated to Culture Gérard Baudoux, Jean-Luc Gag, André Chauvet, and Robert Roux in the salons of Villa Masséna.
On this occasion, Christian Estrosi thanked all the patrons, partners, institutions, companies, collectors, donors, and enthusiasts who work for the dissemination and promotion of Culture and creation in Nice, particularly the associations of friends of cultural institutions, especially those of the MAMAC (Lionel Cardon), the Matisse museum (Monique Legendre), the Lascaris palace (Philippe Marland), the Museum (Jeana-Félix Gandioli), Terra Amata (Geneviève Barbier de Reuille), Masséna and the Fine Arts (Alfred Bonnemaison), but also the members of the Red and Gold circle, the Association for the promotion of the Nice opera (Melcha Coder), Passionately TNN (Benjamin Mondou).
He also reminded that the Culture budget was increased by one million euros to further expand the scope of action, particularly in the context of the celebration of the centenary of Victorine.
