The iconic Nice Jazz Festival returns this year to Place Masséna and the Théâtre de Verdure with a magnificent lineup.
The first edition of this festival dates back to 1948. Under the artistic direction of Hugues Panassié, this inaugural edition headlined Louis Armstrong and Django Reinhardt. Impressive, isn’t it? Thus, since 1971, the Nice Jazz Festival has taken place every year and has earned an international reputation. This year, the musicians will perform on the stages at Place Masséna and the Théâtre de Verdure.
