The health system reform bill was presented yesterday in the Council of Ministers by Agnès Buzyn, Minister of Solidarity and Health.
Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice, President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, and President of the supervisory board of the Nice University Hospital:
“The bill presented by the Minister of Solidarity and Health is a first response. For my part, I wish to encourage a collaborative approach between the State, major cities, and metropolises to ensure access to healthcare for the most vulnerable.”
Nice currently has 461 general practitioners registered with the Medical Board, 30% of whom are over 60 years old.
