A priority issue for Nice is promoting home ownership for everyone, addressing the growing urban need for housing for working people, and strengthening the provision of mixed housing (social and residential for first-time buyers) which is so lacking.
A project combining energy efficiency and social diversity, this new exemplary urban development operation, part of the Local Housing Program (PLH), aims to offer sustainable housing adapted to the needs of all segments of the population, thus promoting social diversity and quality of life.
Located near the Saint-Jean d’Angély university hub, the Arteo residence, designed by architect Renaud d’Hauteserre, consists of four buildings and includes 182 apartments (from studios to T4s)* featuring landscaped gardens adorned with plant-inspired artworks inspired by Matisse, Mondrian, Miro, and Buren.
The operation is the result of a partnership between the city of Nice (owner of the land) and Bouygues Immobilier, which is the developer.
