Inauguration of the kindergarten and bowling green “Marcel Kirchner”

On Friday, June 8, 2012, at 5:00 PM at Square Kirchner Promenade Corniglion–Molinier, Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice and President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, will inaugurate the new “Square Marcel Kirchner” in the Carras district, which includes a new boules court and adjoining children’s playground.

At the request of parents and childminders in the neighborhood, part of the area that was occupied by the boules courts has been transformed into a 380 square meter play area for children under 5 years old.

This development has made it possible to create a truly new boules court, much to the delight of the 31 registered players, independent of the children’s playground and part of the Union of Niçoise Boules Societies of the Provençal Game.
