The French Red Cross booklet contains 8 self-adhesive postage stamps with permanent validity, at the basic rate of the Green Letter (€0.70).
Its price of €7.60 includes a €2 donation to the benefit of the French Red Cross.
The booklet focuses on personal assistance: people with disabilities, isolated individuals, the homeless, both in summer and winter, listening to vulnerable people, teaching reading and writing for children, welcoming refugees, and providing aid during exceptional situations.

It provides two complete meals to vulnerable individuals;
