ROUDOULE, the Ecomuseum in Gavotte land, invites you to the inauguration of the NICE-DIGNE 100 Years (1911/2011) exhibition. It is an associative museum created in 1986. It has been awarded the status of Musée de France. It represents a center of expertise unmatched in terms of heritage inventory, historical and ethnological research, or thematic events and exhibitions organization.
This is the story of the South-France Company network, which became Chemins de fer de Provence, long and complex, which will be told to you with a collection of over 8,000 objects reflecting daily life and the economic and social activities of a territory.
The exhibitions presented highlight the importance and quality of the exchanges that allow modest human communities to be fully integrated into the society of their time and its evolutions.
