Next Thursday, July 4th, from 6 PM to 8 PM in the amphitheater of the Maison des Associations Garibaldi (Place Garibaldi), the final information meeting about the Francophone Games and the recruitment of volunteers who will join the organizing committee of the largest global event of its kind, which will take place from September 7th to 15th in the capital of the Côte d’Azur, will be held.
In just over 70 days, the 7th Francophone Games in Nice will open. The organization is progressing well, and the first volunteers have already been received to validate their application. Hosting, delegation management, games village administration, press center… There are many positions within the different teams that will make up the organization of these games.
In this regard, a final meeting will be organized next Thursday, July 4th, to welcome all individuals, associations, or sports clubs who could not attend the initial meetings and wish to participate personally or on behalf of their association. A complete presentation of the Francophone Games and the volunteer recruitment process will be on the agenda of this meeting, which will conclude with a Q&A session allowing everyone to question the committee members on the organization and execution of this event.
