Launched in 2009 by the city of Nice, StarSeniorS has become the must-attend event for seniors who wish to fully enjoy their retirement and pursue their dreams.
In 2010, StarSeniors went national. Last year, 350 candidates over the age of 55 came from all corners of France to try their luck. It took 15 auditions, including one in Paris, to select the 20 finalists who performed in Nice in November 2011 during the grand finale in front of nearly 1,600 spectators.
Once again this year, this singing competition will be a national event, allowing all seniors in France to raise their voices in our city.
