The last day of the short film festival, “Le Jour le plus Court,” takes over all venues: cinemas, schools, media libraries, public institutions, associations, various cultural venues, festivals, in France and internationally!
Organized by the Short Film Agency, “Le Jour le plus Court” aims to celebrate creativity, encourage distribution, and create connections with audiences.
At 6:00 PM at the Rialto Cinema, screening of “Humanity and Community” [1h20]
This selection of five films is very diverse and allows viewers to discover critiques or opinions of filmmakers through five different genres: Fantastic, Experimental, musical comedy, animation, and dramatic comedy.
All the films address various social issues, such as the question of human monstrosity versus innocent appearance, the ideal civilization, prostitution, the crisis, or the “domino” effect of humans.
The very nature of humanity is laid bare.
